Ap\u00f3s a medida, a renda da profissional diminuiu em mais de 35%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A empresa ter\u00e1 que pagar \u00e0 trabalhadora diferen\u00e7as salariais decorrentes da redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos per\u00edodos de trabalho e horas extras por desrespeito ao intervalo interjornada (per\u00edodo de descanso entre o t\u00e9rmino de uma jornada di\u00e1ria de trabalho e in\u00edcio da outra).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em defesa, a empregadora alegou que os hor\u00e1rios da reclamante foram diminu\u00eddos em virtude da menor quantidade de matr\u00edculas, com a consequente redu\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00famero de turmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explicou que n\u00e3o existe norma que assegure ao professor a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de horas-aula no mesmo patamar durante todo o per\u00edodo contratual. E, por isso, requereu a reforma da senten\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os argumentos, por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o foram aceitos pelo colegiado. \u201cDe&nbsp; fato,&nbsp; o&nbsp; professor&nbsp; possui&nbsp; regime&nbsp;
